University Technology Services
University Technology Services (UTS) is responsible for the management and oversight of all technology in use at the University. UTS works collaboratively with all university departments in order to ensure that technology is used effectively and efficiently within the university community.
The Help Desk
From password resets to video conferencing, the Help Desk staff does their best to help the members of the USF community with all their information technology needs. The Help Desk is available over the phone by calling 260-399-7700 x 6027. You can also visit the Help Desk located in the Vann Library, 2nd Floor.
Distance, Instruction, and Educational Technologies (DIET)
Team DIET is responsible for the management of the learning management system (Blackboard), pedagogy, course development, academic web services, and technology training programs. Team DIET is located in the Collaboratory (JPII 211D).
