University Technology Services
University Technology Services (UTS) is responsible for the management and oversight of all technology in use at the University. UTS works collaboratively with all university departments in order to ensure that technology is used effectively and efficiently within the university community.
UTS is comprised of four divisions, each with its own role in supporting university technology and its use in the university community.
Distance, Instruction, and Educational Technologies (DIET) - Responsibilities include: management of the learning management system, university web services, and technology training programs.

Network and Information Management (NIM) - Responsibilities include: Management of the university network infrastructure, telecommunications, server technologies, as well as oversight of the Jenzabar administrative database.
Technology Security and Compliance (TSC) - Responsible for development and maintenance of university technology security policies and software licensing compliance programs.

User Support Services (USS) - Responsible for university desktop computer and audio-visual support. Division is best known for as USF Help desk.
