Current Students
Through My Cougar Connection, students may access their records at any time with a student login information. This access includes printing final grades after they are reported to the Registrar’s Office and printing an unofficial transcript. Because of this online access, effective Spring 2008 grade reports will no longer be mailed to your home address. Please note that your grade point average will be updated approximately one week after the end of the semester.
Online Transcript Ordering Service
Online transcript ordering is now available through the National Student Clearinghouse. A major credit card is required to order transcripts online.
Demographic Survey
Please return your completed demographic survey to the Registrar's Office. A registration hold will appear on your account until this form has been submitted.

NATIONAL STUDENT CLEARINGHOUSE SERVICES – EFFECTIVE JULY 2011
The University of Saint Francis has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. However, enrollment verifications requiring GPA data must be requested from the Registrar’s Office directly.

Our Mission
The Registrar's Office is responsible for registering students, maintaining student permanent academic records, and issuing certified copies of these records for the University of Saint Francis and for the former Saint Francis College, Lutheran College of Health Professions, Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing and Saint Joseph School of Nursing.
