Major & Requirements
To graduate with a major in psychology from the University of Saint Francis, you must fulfill program requirements with a minimum of 128 credit hours and completion of the department's comprehensive examination in psychology.
Program requirements are as follows:
General Education - Common Content (9 credit hours)

General Education Courses (37-40 credit hours)
- One history course
- One society and environment course
- One social responsibility and leadership course
- One physical education course
- One philosophical ethics course
- One MATH 122 or higher course
- BIOL 122
- One social sciences course
- One creative arts/fine arts course
- One creative expression/literature course
- One theology course
- One religion course
- A senior capstone course
Major Required Courses
- PSYC 121 General Psychology
- PSYC 232 Human Growth and Development
- PSYC 302 Statistics
- PSYC 325 Abnormal Psychology
- PSYC 344 Psychology of Personality
- PSYC 350 Experimental Psychology
- PSYC 420 History and Systems
- PSYC 441 Social Psychology
- PSYC 460 Physiological Psychology
And ONE of the following:
- PSYC 412 Industrial and Organizational Psychology
