Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

The Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling is designed to prepare you to function as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in health care, residential, private practice, community agency, governmental, business, and industrial settings. The scope of practice for mental health counseling is defined in Section 24.IC 25-23.6-1-7.5 of the Indiana Code, which is available from the Department of Psychology and Counseling.
