Northeast Literacy Council Presentation
The Northeast Literacy Council invites you to attend a presentation by Dr. Peggy Sharp on Monday, November 23, 2009 on the University of Saint Francis campus in Doermer 156 A & B. Dr. Sharp is well known by teachers and librarians for her dynamic presentations about new children's books. She connects books to all areas of the curriculum, and shares strategies to motivate children to read. She is an experienced teacher and library media specialist. She has received national awards for her creative teaching ideas. Dr. Sharp is a consultant for B.E.R. and has presented for ASCD. Teachers and librarians alike love Peggy's Top Ten list!
