Sam Rohr Dr. Sam Rohr is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Keith Busse School of Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership. He holds a PhD from Indiana State University in technology management, an MBA from Indiana Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Manchester College. Prior to joining USF (2009), Dr. Rohr served as an assistant professor of management at Wright State University and senior lecturer at the University of Northwestern Ohio. In addition, Sam taught high school business for 7 years, 2 years as an Interdisciplinary Cooperative Education (I.C.E.) coordinator and 10 years in the residential construction industry. Dr. Rohr resides in North Manchester with his wife Jolane, and his children Thomas, Sarah, and Christopher.
