Alan GrossnickleAl Grossnickle is the Director of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Center and Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Keith Busse School of Business and Entrepreneurial leadership.

He has a BA, MPA, and a MBA with a concentration in Finance. Al has extensive experience in entrepreneurship.

He was the co-founder and President and CEO of Caremet, Inc., d.b.a. Miller's Merry Manor, Inc., now Miller's Health Systems located in Warsaw, Indiana. Caremet, Inc., was a start up company that grew to 34 health care facilities, 3,500 residents, and 3,000 employees.

He has also started and currently owns businesses in Apartment Management, Promotional Advertising, Farm Management, Wholesale Supplies, and Nutriceutical Marketing. He also has experience in business consulting and currently consults on sales, marketing, and business strategy. His expertise is entrepreneurship, and he enjoys helping students believe that they can succeed in business by stepping out and taking a chance.

Al states, "Anything is possible if you dare to dream, work hard, believe in yourself, never give up, and never stop learning."
