Dr. Mullins holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Mississippi State University (MSU). He also holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from MSU as well. His areas of scholarship interest include online teaching pedagogy, and ethnicity and gender in families, with a special interest in nonresident father involvement and child well-being.
