Below please find printable application form for applying to the Honors Program. Instructions for the Service Learning and Senior Honors Project are posted as well. The forms for HONR 300, HONR 400 and IDS 490 can be obtained from the Honors Program Director. The forms are in Adobe PDF format, and can be accessed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is available as a free download from the Adobe website.
