Cheryl Mills' Biography
Cheryl Mills began a career in radiologic technology in 1989 after graduating with an associate degree from Saint Francis College. She has worked as a mammography technologist, an educator and public speaker on breast cancer, and more recently as a small business owner. Cheryl completed a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree in 2003 and a Master of Business Administration degree with honors through the University of Saint Francis in 2006 to focus on leadership and management. She has worked for the Breast Diagnostic Center of Fort Wayne Radiology since 1989. Cheryl taught Sunday school for nine years, served on the Education Committee and coordinated the Sunday school attendance program at Leo United Methodist Church for 17 years. She has four grown children and four grandchildren, a Maltese named Mikko and a Yorkie named Maxx. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and dogs, volunteer, read, quilt, travel and garden. Cheryl has served on the Alumni Cabinet since 2006, and is its past secretary.
