Each residence hall has a Residence Hall Director
(R.D.), a full-time, non-student staff member who lives in
the hall and supervises the overall operation of the
building, including leadership development, and student
conduct (see
Policies, Procedures and Conduct). Resident
Assistants (R.A.s) are students who live on each floor,
helping to develop and ensure a sense of community among
the residents.
