Refund Policy

If a resident withdraws during a semester, the resident shall be charged for room and board and other residence related fees used based on the refund table listed below. The resident shall then be assessed $100.00 for cancellation. The cancellation fee will be waived under the following provisions: 1 - Withdrawal; 2 - Withdrawal by recommendation of the University Health Service; 3 - Academic disqualification; 4 - Graduation; 5 - Exceptional circumstances approved by the Director of Residential Life.

Refund Schedule:

• Prior to the first week of class, refund will be 100% of housing fee minus cancellation fee
• End of the first week of class, refund will be 93% of housing fee minus cancellation fee
• End of the second week of class, refund will be 87% of housing fee minus cancellation fee
• End of the third week of class, refund will be 80% of housing fee minus cancellation fee
• End of the fourth week of class, refund will be 73% of housing fee minus cancellation fee
• End of fifth week of class, refund will be 67% of housing fee minus cancellation fee
• End of the sixth week of class, refund will be 60% of housing fee minus cancellation fee
• End of the seventh week of class, refund will be 53% of housing fee minus cancellation fee
• End of the eighth week of class, refund will be 47% of housing fee minus cancellation fee

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF HOUSING FEE AFTER THE EIGHTH WEEK OF EACH SEMESTER. THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE TAKEN FROM DAMAGE DEPOSIT, UNLESS EXPRESSED OTHERWISE BY STUDENT.
