Services of the Office

The Registrar's Office is responsible for registering students, maintaining student permanent academic records, and issuing certified copies of these records for the University of Saint Francis and for the former Saint Francis College, Lutheran College of Health Professions, Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing and Saint Joseph School of Nursing.

Summer 2008 Registration Information:

Summer registration is ongoing and available 24 hours per day on the web or from 7:30am-5:00pm in the Registrar's Office until May 16 at noon.

Fall 2008 Registration Information:   

Fall registration is ongoing and available 24 hours per day on the web or from 7:30am-5:00pm in the Registrar's Office until the first day of the session.

To register online you will need your Student Id and PIN.  If you lost or forgot your PIN,        please visit the Help Desk.

Important Information for Current Students:

Through My Cougar Connection, students may access their records at any time with a student ID number and a student PIN. This access includes printing final grades after they are reported to the Registrar's Office and printing an unofficial transcript. Because of this online access, effective Spring 2008 grade reports will no longer be mailed to your home address. Please note that your grade point average will be updated approximately one week after the end of the semester.
