Footprints is a teacher placement and support agency based
in Vancouver, Canada. Footprints works with public school
boards in South Korea, Taiwan and China as well as
reputable private schools in all three of these countries.
Footprints’
services are free to your graduates.
Since we know that many University of Saint Francis
graduates are interested in pursuing opportunities abroad
and that many of them have no experience in such matters,
we can assure them that Footprints has taken the time to
evaluate each employer we represent. Employers are put
through an extensive screening process that identifies
only the best, and in many cases a representative has
visited the school in person to ensure it is an employer
with whom we wish to work. Our standards are high because
our reputation is our business. Footprints is also run by
and for teachers. Every employee at Footprints has taught
for at least a year abroad, in locations as diverse as
South Korea, Taiwan, Japan and Central and South America.
We understand the challenges University of Saint Francis
graduates will face because we have been there. Footprints
will not only assist your graduates in securing a
placement but we will also walk them through the visa
process, assist them in organizing their flights and
provide them with ongoing support throughout their
contracts. We have a number of excellent
opportunities available starting this month that we would
like to introduce to some of your graduates. Please note
that due to governmental restrictions placed on teaching
visas, we are only able to work with applicants who are
native English speakers and who have a minimum of
Bachelor’s degree. For more information about
Footprints and the opportunities we offer, please visit
our website at

Job Description: Do you have or will you soon get a
Bachelors Degree? Would you like an opportunity to live
in a foreign country teaching English! If so you
should seriously consider this opportunity. You can
research this opportunity at the following site:
http://www.knowledgesourceus.com/index.htm
Make sure to fill out the application at:
http://www.knowledgesourceus.com/Application/Application_online%20application.htm
We are a group that recruits North Americans to teach
English as a second language (ESL) in Korea. There's a
high demand for English teachers in Korea and a very
exciting and enriching experience awaiting you if you are
chosen to teach. Korea is has the world's 11th largest
economy and has a 99% literacy rate. Major world players
such as Hyundai, Samsung and LG keep the demand for
English extremely high.
Our sister company, Wonderland, is well-established and
has over 100 schools throughout Korea that teach over
35,000 students a year. Wonderland is 15 years old and has
a solid track record of quality. The official Korean
school year is from March to February, but we recruit and
place English teachers year-round because of the extremely
high demand for Americans and Canadians to teach.
What makes us unique is the fact we are based in the
United States and can expedite your application in
addition to our availability to help you with your
questions and needs. Korea offers a wonderful opportunity
to meet interesting people, to travel abroad and to
experience rich, fascinating culture.
Your roundtrip airfare, housing and medical insurance
are all paid for by our sister company. You get a generous
salary, paid vacation, paid national holidays and a one
month salary bonus at the end of your year-long contract.
You should have enough money left over to travel
throughout Korea and other parts of Asia such as Japan and
China. Your year of teaching promises to be a memorable
and satisfying one.
Please read more about how you can meet the
requirements and how we help you get the most out of your
goals. We do not charge for our services. In addition, you
don't have to speak Korean to teach in Korean schools.
Most Korean students speak some English, and there are
excellent translators available. We are interested in
teachers who teach conversational English, not a technical
treatment of the language.
South Korea is a safe country. Guns are licensed only
periodically, and the crime rate is low. Seoul, the
largest city in Korea, has a lot of Western influence, but
still retains the unique and rich Korean history and
culture.
Please check out our web sites and links for FAQs, an
application on line, and the opportunity to teach and
travel in Asia for a generous package in your one year
tour.
Let us hear from you. We'd be delighted to mail you a
detailed brochure. We're based here in the United States
to provide fast, efficient and always courteous service
for your questions and needs.
