What is the
USF OneCard? |
| The USF OneCard is a
multi-functional card that serves as your official
University of Saint Francis ID. All
faculty, staff and students should carry their USF
OneCard with them at all times while on campus.
Your USF OneCard is necessary for accessing
services at the Lee and Jim Vann Library, Food Services, residence halls, and other
services throughout the campus.

How do I put
money onto my OneCard account? |
Use
the Card Value Centers in
Pope John Paul II Center or in Doermer Health
Sciences. The Card Value
Center
accepts the following denominations: $1, $5,
$10, and $20.
Business Office Cashier, Trinity 100 - cash or
checks only, minimum deposit $10.00, through the
mail, in person, or after hours drop box.
Account deposits via the mail or after hours drop
box must include student's name and the student's
USF OneCard ID number. Checks should be made
payable to: University of Saint Francis.
Online at
www.sf.edu/onecard
- USF cardholders will be charged a $5.00
administrative fee for each online credit card
deposit to their Aux Points Account. For
example, a $300.00 online deposit to the Aux
Points Account would have a $305.00 credit card
charge.

How do I
check my USF OneCard balance? |
| Visit the account management site
to view your balance. You can also view your
balance at the Card Value Center or
anywhere your card can be swiped.

What should
I do if I lose my USF OneCard? |
| You should immediately call
Security at 260-434-3222 to report that your card is not in
your possession. You may also report
a lost or stolen card online at
www.sf.edu/onecard; however, you as the
cardholder must follow up with USF Security.
Replacement fees for lost or stolen cards are
$10.00.

What if I
have problems with my library barcode? |
| Barcode problems need to be
reported to the Circulation Desk at the Lee and
Jim Vann Library.

obtained a replacement ID and now my card won't
work as my room key? What should I do? |
| Contact USF Security at

business hours.

Where can I
purchase a guest card? |
| Guest cards can be purchased from
the Card Value Centers in Doermer Health Sciences
and the Pope John Paul II Center. Minimum
card purchase is $5.00. Guest cards are
also available in the Lee and Jim Vann Library at the circulation
desk.

What if I lose money in a Card Value Center machine? |
| Refund forms are available at the
Help Desk located in the Pope John Paul II Center. Fill
out a form, attach a copy of your receipt and drop
off or mail to the University of Saint Francis
Business Office at 2701 Spring Street, 2701 Spring
Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808. Be sure to
include your name, student ID number and email
address, and fill out the Card Value Center location, date, approximate time of
transaction. Also, if money was lost on a
guest card be sure to write down the number of the
guest card in the appropriate space. This
information must be provided in order to process
your request. Money will be deposited to
your USF OneCard when the error is located

Can money
remaining on my USF OneCard be refunded? |
| You can receive a refund of your
Aux Points Account if you are withdrawing or
graduating from the University. However,
there is a $10.00 processing fee for the refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to
the University of Saint Francis Business Office
and require two weeks to process.
