Presentation on MRSA at University of Saint Francis
March 18, 2008, Fort Wayne, Indiana:
The University of Saint Francis will host a presentation
entitled, “How to Protect Yourself against Community
Acquired MRSA” on Wednesday, April 9 at noon in
Gunderson Auditorium. A discussion and question session
will follow the presentation.
Department of Biology faculty
members Dr. Teri Beam and Dr. Gerald Short will lead the
session on MRSA. MRSA (Methicillin-resistant
Staphylococus aureus) has been making headlines all
over the country, especially in athletic facilities and
school environments.
