Civil War Surgery Presentation to Occur at University of Saint Francis
March 18, 2008, Fort Wayne, Indiana:
Fred Schaefer, President of the Indiana State Assembly
of Surgical Technologists, will give a presentation at
the University of Saint Francis on Wednesday, March 19
at 1 p.m. at the Doermer Center, room 007.
Schaefer will present on Civil War
surgery in his role as a civil war re-enactor. He will
also speak to USF students about the Association of
Surgical Technologists and Indiana legislation affecting
surgical technologists.
