Vann Library Database Guide

You asked for it and we compiled, formatted and posted it for your research and teaching enjoyment. The Vann Library Database Guide was created as a response to the faculty's request as voiced in Instructional Technology Survey which was administered in Fall of 2006.

“Faculty desire quick reference guide on the different library databases and instructional technologies.”

Our answer is an online, “clickable” grid quick glance, which with one click will allow further more detailed information about each database. A laundry list of subjects is also available (clickable from the "grid" as well) if the over-all size of the table is too over whelming. It is our hope that the new liaison program will then allow us to gather more detailed information on the “other” needs more quickly and easily as well as help us prioritize them. If you have any questions, suggestions or concerns about the database guide, please feel free to contact your library liaison or Karla Alexander, Director of Library Services.
