Library Instruction

À La Carte Instruction Menu

As you make your selections, keep in mind the ‘price’ of each item. If the total cost of your selections adds up to more than you've budgeted (i.e. one class period) you may choose to come back for seconds (schedule a second session by filling out a second form) or change your choices to fit your budget. Remember that lessons can be customized as needed.

Once you have finalized your choices, click ‘submit.’ You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been received and placed in our system. If you do not receive confirmation within three days of submitting this form, or if you have any other questions, please contact Cindy Kump at ext. 6056 or ckump@sf.edu  or Lauralee Aven at ext. 6057 or laven@sf.edu.
