Library Displays

Display Cases:

The display cases in the Lee & Jim Vann Library are available for use by the campus community. Groups and individuals are encouraged to exhibit items of interest that are relevant to the university, its values, or mission. There are four cases: two on each floor near the library entrance. Each case is 5’ tall and 2’ square with adjustable shelves.

Please read the policy before requesting use of the cases.

Book Displays:

A selection of recently acquired books can be found on the shelves next to the popular magazines and newspapers on the second floor. Themed book displays are set up throughout the year and are usually located on the second floor near the circulation desk. Books from these displays can be checked out.

Art Exhibits:
Various art collections are displayed on the walls next to the circulation desk on each floor of the library. These displays are arranged by the School of Creative Arts and are available for viewing during regular library hours.

Read it Forward:

The Read it Forward display, located on the 2nd floor library near the help desk area, contains books for recreational reading. We have books by a variety of authors in several different genres. These books do not need to be checked out. Simply take what you like and bring it back when you are finished. Donations of gently used books are appreciated.
