CINAHL Plus with Full Text allows the user to search by keyword and specify limiters to refine the search. The user may search alphabetically by publication title or browse publications by subject and description. Other search options include indexes and CINAHL headings.  Evidence-based care sheets and quick lessons on topics can be browsed alphabetically or searched by keyword.
