A UTS technician will move and reinstall all computing equipment during an employee move. Computers and equipment should not be traded or moved without prior approval from UTS. Computers and equipment are reassigned when the appropriate forms are received from HR.
Assistance from Operations with moving furniture/possessions on the move date can be indicated on the form below. If additional Operations work is to be completed such as painting or repairs, a separate work order should be submitted via the Operations work order system:
