The Physical Therapist Assistant Program Admissions
Committee will identify those qualified applicants who
will be offered admission. Each application is reviewed
on an individual basis.
Exception to the stated admission criteria may be made
and applied fairly at the discretion of the Admissions
Committee. Review of applications for the Fall PTA class
begins in November and continues until the class is
full.
A point system is used to evaluate applications of
qualified candidates in order to (a) accept applicants
into the program and (b) rank order applicants on a wait
list. The point system used by the PTA Program
Admissions Committee will be provided to an applicant
upon request.
