hours prior to the event in order to avoid incurring
charges.
The Director of Dining Services will
contact you within five (5) business days of
receiving this request to discuss specific menu
selections and to prepare a quote.
AVI Foodsystems has a “right
of first refusal” for providing food catering
service on campus for concessions and larger
gatherings for employees, students and university
guests/public. It is the responsibility of the
sponsor/requester to complete the above form and in
the event AVI Foodsystems is unable to
provide the requested services the event
sponsor/requester must secure the written waiver
prior to making alternative arrangements.
You must print and have this waiver signed by the
Director of Dining Services.
