Students In Free Enterprise - Changing The World

What if you could really change the world?
Active on more than 1,200 college and university campuses in 31 countries, SIFE teams are improving the quality of life and standard of living for millions of people around the world.

The concept is simple -- working as teams, SIFE students design  education outreach projects that help individuals in their communities develop a better understanding of the principles  of free enterprise and how to use it to empower themselves and achieve their dreams.

As a SIFE student, you'll be a participant in one of the largest global student organizations.  You'll play an active role in shaping the history of your generation and know that you have actually helped to change the world.

What if your college education weren't limited to the classroom?
The best way to prepare for the real world is by facing real world  challenges today.  That's exactly the opportunity you'll have as a SIFE team member.  You'll tackle problems and learn from experiences that you simply can't find in the pages of a textbook.

During the year, your team will face a wide range of challenges,  from recruiting new members, to developing innovative educational programs, to using the mass media to publicize your efforts. Through this intense, hands-on learning process, you'll develop teamwork, leadership, and communication skills far beyond those of most college students.

What if finding a job weren't so hard?
When it comes to planning for a career after college, SIFE students have a tremendous advantage -- their SIFE experience.  The best companies in the world recognize the value of this experience and compete very aggressively for the chance to meet and recruit SIFE students, who they believe are among the most talented college prospects.

It's often said that building a successful career has a lot to do with "who you know".  Here's your opportunity to network with and get to know the leaders of some of the best companies in the world.

What if you could be the very  best in the world?
Most SIFE alumni will tell you that the best parts of their SIFE experience were the opportunity to be a part of the team and the lifelong friendships they developed as a result.

And it's a team on which you and your friends will have the opportunity to represent your school in competitions against the teams from other colleges and universities.

If your team is good enough to be named your country's SIFE National Champion, you will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete at the SIFE World Cup for the title of World Champion.
