Pope
John Paul II Donor Luncheon
A luncheon was held to express
appreciation for all of the contributors to the development
of USF's new building, the Pope John Paul II Center. SIFE’s
role was to assist in the organization of the event. Many
people attended this luncheon to mark the occasion of the
building's dedication.
SIFE
Career Fair
The career fair is an
opportunity for university students to get in touch with
local business representatives to learn about career
possibilities. The objective is to bring the national SIFE
career fair experience to a local level.
Career Fair
2007 will be held March 1, 2007, from 2-6 p.m. in the
Hutzell Athletic Center. All majors are welcome to
attend, so bring your resume, dress for success, and let us
guide you into a world of endless opportunities!
SIFE Regional Competition
The University of Saint Francis SIFE Team
will compete for cash prizes at the SIFE USA Regional
Competition in Chicago, Illinois, on March 19, 2007.

Junior Achievement
This is a K-12 program that
involves SIFE members teaching basic business principles in
classrooms around the Fort Wayne area. A few of the classes
include “Economics for Success,” “Global Marketplace,” and
“Success Skills.” The courses are designed specifically for
each grade level.
Finance 101
This is a program designed to
educate incoming college freshmen and Carroll High School
seniors about the opportunities and downfalls of financial
mediums in the market.
Serbia Mentorship Program
The Serbia Mentorship Program
is a partnership between key entrepreneurs in Serbia and the
USF SIFE team to foster business develop of the new
capitalistic economy in Serbia.
Business Leader Symposium
An event geared toward
bringing high-quality networking opportunities to university
students and the community. The event features prominent
business leaders in the Fort Wayne area who participate in
an informative discussion panel.
Tower
Bank Economic Survey
The members of SIFE
collaborate with Tower Bank to conduct a survey of
businesses in Northeast Indiana. Our goal is to
determine the major economic trends in the area.
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA)
SIFE members, along with a
certified CPA, will assist elderly and low-income
individuals with their tax filing. This event is FREE!
Christmas at the Castle
SIFE hosted a bazaar that
offers various third-world goods in order to benefit the
countries from which they come.
