The
University of Saint Francis' Business Community Roundtable
Luncheon Series was started in October, 2005, with a
discussion about the changing business environment in Fort
Wayne, Indiana, and its impact on employment opportunities
for our graduates.
Hosted by the
Keith Busse School of Business & Entrepreneurial Leadership, this
luncheon series is designed to allow local business leaders to
share their expertise with our students and also to provide
students an opportunity to network with business leaders.
Each program
opens with lunch and informal conversation, followed by a speaker
or a panel discussion. At the close of the program, there is
an open forum for discussion and questions.
To date, the
following business leaders have spoken at our luncheons:
- Jim Vann,
Jr., Board of Trustees and Chairman of Rea Magnet Wire Company
- Richard T.
Doermer, Board of Trustees and Former Chairman and CEO of NBD
- Charlie
Mason, Jr., President and CEO of Parkview Health
- Don
Steinnger, President of Steininger Development
- Kirk
Kimmish, Northeast Indiana Corporate Council
- Adam
Sieminski, Chief Energy Economist for Deutsche Bank
