Dr. Lillian Schumacher

Dr. Lillian Schumacher is an Assistant Professor in the Keith Busse School of Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University of Saint Francis.  She has a Doctorate in Leadership Studies, a Master’s in Organization Development, and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration, all from Bowling Green State University.  Her Bachelor’s degree is in Economics from Allegheny College. Throughout her career, Lillian has worked in both corporate America and higher education, serving a variety of roles in sales, marketing, human resources and management. Her main areas of expertise include leadership development, human relations, multiculturalism, societal and organizational behavior and change, business management, and career coaching and development. Additionally, Lillian is a trained facilitator and executive coach specializing in the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI), DiSC Personal Profile Systems, FiSH, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).  At USF, Lillian teaches strategic management, leadership and organizational behavior classes, international business and human resources. Primary research interests: Emotional Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, Performance Appraisal and Evaluation, Family/Work Life Balance, Moral and Ethical Leadership, Executive Coaching and 360-Degree Feedback & Organizational Change Effectiveness. Has presented on various business topics for both community and professional organizations.
