track and field / cross country coach Sarah Thrall has
announced the signing of James Dueling, a Phoeniz, Ariz.
native, who placed in the Top 25 at the National Junior
College Athletic Association national meet in May competing
for Paradise Valley Community College.
Dueling, a Barry Goldwater High School
graduate in Phoenix, finished 16th in the NJCAA meet in 2005
and 11th in the 3000 steeplechase in 2006.
His PR's include a 26:30 for
8K, 10:00 for 3000 steeple, 15:39 for 5K. He was also a
member of the PVCC honors program.
"Jimmy's a big time talent,"
Thrall said. "He's going to do great things for our
program. He had great success at the NJCAA level and I
expect him to continue that in the NAIA."
