Shot put results

  JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. -- University of Saint Francis sophomore Adam Longsworth finished 14th in the shot put in the 2006 NAIA Indoor Championships on Saturday (March 11).
  Longsworth, who was competing in his first indoor championship meet, had qualified the event with the 24th best distance at 49 feet, 11 inches in NAIA. His second of three throws was his best effort of the season at 50 feet, 9 1/2 inches.
