Welcome to the the University of Saint Francis Cougar Spirit
Team web site! We will continually update this site to include all pertinent information for
our programs.
Currently we are home to 3
Spirit Teams including:
Cheer (4-teams; Silver, Blue, White &
Competition),
Dance (3
teams; Cougettes, Hip Hop Competition, Jazz Competition),
Paw Pack.
These are all varsity, scholarship programs. We are part of the
Athletic Department and perform for all home football and
men's & women's basketball games.
