Dave Ivy returns for his fifth season with the Cougars. He joined the Cougar staff after coaching six years at the high school level in the Fort Wayne area. Coach Ivy brings 20-plus years of coaching experience to the Cougar staff.

Ivy, a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, played his prep football at Northrop High School. He began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Northwood Middle School, before being named head coach. In 1992, he accepted the defensive coordinator position at Elmhurst High School and in 1995 was the defensive line coach at Snider High School.

Ivy received his Bachelor’s Degree from IPFW in 1991, and currently owns and operates his own business. He is single and resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
