Trevor Miller
Offensive Line / Strength Coach
Trevor Miller
brings a solid coaching and collegiate playing background in
his first season as a member of the Cougars' coaching staff.
Miller served at Morehead State University
in Morehead, Ky., the last two seasons and assumes the
offensive line / strength coach position left vacant when USF
grad James Bettcher, who accepted a graduate assistant
position with Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
Miller has served the last two seasons at
Morehead State as an assistant offensive line coach. Prior to
joining the MSU staff, Miller
earned second team
all-conference honors as a center at Kutztown (Pa.) University
(NCAA Div. II). He is a 2003 KU graduate with a bachelor's
degree in criminal justice. He graduated Cum Laude, and was a
four-time Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC)
scholar-athlete.
Miller was a
four-year
starter at KU, has appeared in every game of his college
career, was a six-time member of the Dean’s List (3.60 GPA or
better), and a two-time recipient of a Kutztown University
Provost Award (athletes with at least a 3.25 GPA). In 2002,
Miller was selected to the All-PSAC second team, and he was
named to Street & Smith’s 2003 Preseason All-America
team.
A
native of Lancaster, Pa., Miller attended Manheim
Township
High School and earned second team all-conference honors as a
offensive and defensive lineman. |
