Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination
RECIPIENTS SHALL:
1.
Have graduated from any
of the five schools under the USF umbrella including:

Saint
Francis College
-
Lutheran College of Health Professions
-
Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing
-
Saint
Joseph Hospital School of Nursing
-
University of Saint Francis
2.
Nominations can be made
five years after completion of eligibility and upon
receiving college degree. Nominations are restricted to all
USF alumni, coaches, trainers, USF friends, Fort Wayne media
members and USF administrators.
3. A
committee will review all candidates and nominators may be
asked to present their candidate in person.
4. A
nominee MUST receive ¾ votes of the committee in order to be
inducted.
5. A
maximum of three (3) inductees per year plus one team will
be chosen. If no team is chosen, a maximum of five (5)
inductees per year will be chosen.
