 Directions

Parking

Visitors

Parking is free for all visitors. You may park in any open lot around campus and those marked as Visitor Parking except for Blue Permit marked lots reserved for faculty and staff.

Student Parking

All students must register their vehicles through Security and display the provided vehicle tag for the duration of the academic year. Vehicle tags are provided to non-residential students via mail and to residential students after move-in. Students who have not received a vehicle tag by the first day of classes should contact Security. Student parking is available as first-come first-served in all student parking lots.  All students are encouraged to ride the USF Cougar Express to go downtown, or drive and park in the free USF lot on Berry Street.

Faculty and Staff

All employees of the university are issued numbered vehicle identification tags to be displayed on the rearview mirror of the vehicle to be operated and parked on campus. Faculty and Staff have parking available in the Blue Permit areas at Rolland, Trinity, Achatz, Doermer, Pope John Paul II Center, and downtown.

Downtown Parking News

Completion of the downtown parking lot resurfacing project has been delayed due to recent rain and some additional excavation. The lot is expected to be ready for students, faculty and staff by September 25. Until then, free parking adjacent to USF Downtown has been arranged for students and employees. Please review this map to find authorized parking during this transition period. Caution: Parking in unauthorized areas may result in vehicle towing.

Students coming from the Spring Street campus are encouraged to use Cougar Express to access USF Downtown. The Citilink RouteShout App for iPhones and Android tracks Cougar Express in real time so you always know when it will arrive. We thank you for your patience as we upgrade the downtown parking lot. All USF students, faculty, and staff will have free access to the completed parking lot downtown. Your USF OneCard will be needed to gain entrance to and exit from the lot beginning
September 25.
